Malaria

In the last ten years, malaria mortality has halved around the world thanks to prevention and new drugs, including artemisinin. Parasitologist Dominique Mazier (Inserm) explains the ongoing research on a drug that would wake the parasite dormant in the liver to better kill, a radical "wake and kill"!
