Edible insects, an industry of the future in France?

In a pilot vertical farm near Amiens, the Tenebrio molitor beetle is raised on an industrial scale. He doesn't fly or jump, so he's very manageable. Transformed into oil and flour, it is intended here to feed animals. But this production of edible insects with a negative carbon footprint is increasing very quickly in Europe with the aim of soon meeting human food needs.
