Should we completely stop eating sugar?

Did you know? According to ANSES, we should consume a maximum of 100 grams of sugar per day. But it's sometimes very difficult to track down. As a result, a quarter of adults and up to 75% of children exceed this limit. Conversely, on social media, the trend is for "30 days without sugar" challenges and "keto" (or "ketogenic") diets. But do we really need to eliminate all sugar from our diets? We explain.

With Mathilde Touvier, research director at INSERM and director of the Nutritional Epidemiology Research Team (EREN)
